For 20 years the Arts and Business Council of Greater Phoenix has created partnerships between business and the arts that strengthen the arts and business environments in the communities they serve.
The breakfast’s proceeds support the Arts and Business Council’s operating expenses, allowing us to continue providing services and support to arts organizations, including:
Business Volunteers for the Arts –– In 2009, our Business Volunteers consulted with more than 50 arts organizations for a total value of approximately $300,000.
Education –– In 2009, Our Marketing and Management Workshops trained nonprofit organizations from throughout Arizona.
Business on Board –– This cutting edge program has immersed corporate leaders in the essential elements of effective governance. Since its inception in 2004, we have graduated more than 150 professionals who have been or are in the process of being placed on the boards of nonprofit organizations.
