Mid-Size Business Partner of the Year
Recognizes a business with 500-999 employees for its creative and innovative support of an arts organization in the Greater Metropolitan Phoenix area. (click here for guidelines and application)

Small Business Partner of the Year
Recognizes a business with up to 499 employees for creative and innovative support of the arts in Greater Metropolitan Phoenix area. (click here for guidelines and application)

Arts Organization of the Year
Recognizes an arts/cultural organization that has demonstrated exemplary achievement in fulfilling its mission, community impact and managerial strength. Organizations must be located in Greater Metropolitan Phoenix area and have tax-exempt 501(c)(3) status. (click here for guidelines and application)

Arts Advocate of the Year
Recognizes a business, civic, community or arts leader who has demonstrated exemplary leadership and support of the arts/cultural community, significantly impacting one or more arts organizations, or the arts community in general. (click here for guidelines and application)

Arts Board Member of the Year
Recognizes the exceptional service, commitment and contributions of a board member to the arts/cultural organization on which he/she serves. (click here for guidelines and application)
